Notes on the box.

We had a few hot pepper plants that snuck in, so if you have a finger length pointed orange pepper, that is a spicy pepper! I don’t think too many made it into the boxes, but there was a little confusion about them during harvest. Otto discovered that they are spicy by biting into one thinking it was a mini lunchbox pepper.
Salads and leafy greens are back on the menu! This box has the makings of a nice Spinach and Roasted Beet Salad. Beet tops are edible.
Remove tops from the radishes for best storage.

Cosmic Wheel Creamery Cheese Shares.

Fresh curds! and Aquilla which is an aged jack style cheese. It’s a good melter for nachos or grilled cheese. You can make it special with sliced tomato and spinach. The curds are perfect snacking food and also good floated on top of a veggie chili or soup.
