Medium Share
3/4 bushel box (the brown box). up to 20 weeks of 8-10 different vegetables delivered to the drop site of your choice. Good size for a family or couple of vegetarians that mostly eat at home. Our most popular share.
Large Share
1 1/9 bushel box (big white box). up to 20 weeks of 10-12 different vegetables. Packed for those who want to split with a friend or like to process vegetables for later use.
Small Share
1/2 bushel box(small white box). up to 20 weeks of 6-8 different vegetables, in smaller quantities than other shares. Good fit for those aiming to introduce more vegetables to their diet, who want to supplement their garden, or singles/couples who go out often. Very limited availability.
Farmstead Cheese Share
up to 20 weeks of farmstead cheese from our on-farm micro-dairy, Cosmic Wheel Creamery! We are so happy to be able to offer delicious cheese from our small herd of 100% grass fed cows. Each week will include 1-2 types of cheese. Shares include raw milk aged cheeses (gruyere, gouda, cows milk manchego, and farm originals) as well as pasteurized fresh cheeses including feta, ricotta, quark, and fresh cheese curds. Approximately 3/4 pound of cheese each week.
Egg Share
Eggs delivered with your veggies! Due to high predator pressure, we are unable to raise chickens on our farm. We source eggs from our neighbors at St. Croix Valley Community Farms. Pastured chickens fed non-GMO feed. you must sign up for a veggie CSA in order to get eggs
Meat Delivery
Meat (pork and beef) Hormone and antibiotic free. Raised outdoors on pasture. Pigs are fed Organic grain, whey, and Organic vegetable scraps. Beef is 100% grass fed. Professionally butchered at a USDA inspected facility, vacuum sealed, and frozen. Mixed cuts. Picked up at your drop site.
flexible delivery weeks
Our delivery season is 20 weeks. Thursdays from June to October. We offer an auto-renew system to allow flexibility in the number of deliveries you receive over the course of our 20 week season. If you do not schedule holds, you will get the deliveries in consecutive order beginning on the first delivery for the number of weeks you indicated.
You can schedule deliveries around your vacations or your veggies preferences (for instance, if the greens of the early season are too much of a challenge for your family, you can schedule holds for June deliveries which are heavier on greens). We hope the ability to place holds on your share makes having a CSA more practical for your family! Contact us if you have questions.
